RETURN POLICY

Products once sold may be exchanged for store credit only for amount equal to or higher than initial purchase. All exchange requests must be initiated within a week of receiving order by contacting us at info@namisutra.com.  In case of manufacturing defects items may be returned or exchanged with original tags and in original condition. All returns must be initiated within a week of receipt of order.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
